Hello, I’m Louise.
I’m the founder of LG People, Culture & Impact Consulting Ltd, bringing over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the private and charity sectors.
A fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, I have completed a Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership and Management and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Leadership and Management.
I now use that experience to support boards and senior leaders with strategy, governance, operational systems and leadership development - always grounded in the belief that people drive organisations, culture shapes outcomes and impact follows.
